The JY-DCF Dynamic crossflow filter is a very effective enhanced membrane separation technology. The membrane flux decays slowly, is less affected by the concentration of the feed liquid, and the continuous and stable filtration time is long. The dynamic membrane has low energy consumption, and the power consumption is one third of that of the tubular membrane. The use of dynamic filtration can effectively prevent the clogging of the filter membrane and maintain the normal process of filtration. It is very suitable for the concentration and filtration of high-concentration materials and high-solid content materials.

Operating mode:

  • A membrane stack, mounted on and rotated by a hollow shaft, inside a pressure vessel (called module)
